In my role as SFE’s Executive Director, one of the core philosophies that I ask our team to keep top of mind is the belief that “context is key.” In our ongoing “Context is Key” series, we explore a wide range of subjects, from understanding the perspectives of the teams doing the work at a given organization, to the importance of building trust in funder-grantee relationships. We’ll share information about the questions and behaviors that we incorporate into our processes to make our understanding of context more actionable, effective, and ultimately, impactful.
